OUR GUARANTEE

All NEW products are guaranteed to be free from defects and carry a full warranty as described by the manufacturer.  In the event of receiving defective or damaged products you should contact the manufacturer to coordinate a repair or replacement.  All Sales are final.  In the event that a product needs to returned to Pro AV Source, you must contact us in advance for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number at 646.661.4078 or Email. Products received without a Return Authorization number will be refused.

We offer up to a 30 Day money back guarantee on all Pro Audio, Video, Lighting, and Staging Equipment applies. All returned merchandise is inspected and tested. If the returned merchandise upon inspection is determined to be defective it will be repaired or replaced at the Seller’s discretion. If the returned merchandise upon inspection is determined to have been damaged due to end-user error, mishandling, misuse, abuse or NOT to be defective it will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.

ORDER CANCELLATION

We can cancel and void an order for a customer as long as it has not yet been invoiced or shipped. Please provide the following information when you request for an order cancellation:

Order number
Order date
Customer name and address

If the order has been invoiced or shipped, obtain the tracking number(s) for the order(s) you do not want and call the shipping carrier to refuse those shipments. If unable to do so, you can also refuse the shipment at the time of delivery. You will be refunded when those items are returned to, received and inspected by Pro AV Source. S&H is not refundable and a restocking fee will apply unless we ship the wrong item.

RESTOCKING FEE:

We charge a 15% restocking fee. Package must be in it’s original box, with all packing materials, and any manuals / warranty cards. Any package we receive that do not meet these requirements will be charged an additional 10% restocking. Please contact us first before returning any item(s). We will issue you a RMA number, which must be written on the return shipping label, otherwise our warehouse will refuse the shipment.

SHIPPING REFUNDS:

Shipping and Handling is not part of the purchase price and is not refundable. Customer is responsible for shipping of returned item, unless Pro AV Source shipped an incorrect item / order.

PARTS REFUNDS / RETURNS:

ALL PARTS SALES ARE FINAL.  Installed service parts are non-returnable unless they are defective upon arrival. In addition, all defective returns are exchange only – no money will be refunded.  Please ensure you order the correct replacement part for your unit.  If you are not sure, please contact our Pro Staff Here.  In addition, please ensure you know how to replace the party following all safety protocols or utilize an authorize service technician to complete this repair for you.  We offer repair services, please contact us for Pro AV & DJ Equipment Repairs.

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS:

The following items cannot be returned:
– Phono Styli & Cartridges – please make sure you order the correct item
– Headphones
– Liquids, Gases, Sprays

DEFECTIVE ITEMS:

Defective return will be for repair or replacement only, at Seller’s sole discretion; otherwise a request for refund will be subject to applicable restocking fee stated above. All defective merchandise must be returned in its entirety including packing material, manuals and all other accessories within twenty (20) days of the invoice date. The cost of shipping and handling to return the product is at the customer’s expense.

RETURN ADDRESS:

Please contact us before returning any item, as we will provide you with an RMA as well as the address where the item needs to be returned. We work with various warehouse locations throughout the U.S., and as such needs to be returned to the appropriate location.
